Underfloor spray insulation was completed across approximately 166.44 m² of subfloor area at this Devonport property.
Despite the low-clearance underfloor, stored items and electrical wiring beneath the floor, the installation was completed successfully with appropriate care taken around services and obstructions.
The post-installation thermal assessment showed a clear improvement compared with the original assessment. Heat loss through the floor was significantly reduced, resulting in warmer floor surfaces, improved indoor comfort and more consistent temperatures throughout the home. The house now retains warmth for longer, reducing cold draughts and the demand on the heating system.
