Installed closed-cell spray foam insulation beneath the house following a thermal assessment. The foam formed a continuous insulation and air-sealing layer across the underside of the floor, helping reduce heat loss, cold draughts and moisture movement.
The completed installation improved the home’s thermal efficiency and helped control condensation beneath the floor. By reducing moisture build-up on cold surfaces, the insulation also lowered the conditions that encourage mould growth, contributing to a warmer, drier and healthier home.
