Our client called us complaining about cold draught’s coming up through their underflooring. With their floorboards made of 114-year-old Tasmanian Oak, they needed a solution to strengthen and maximise the longevity of their floor.

We could easily access the underfloor by carefully removing a few floorboards from one section of the home. We then applied closed-cell spray foam to the underside of the flooring. This eliminated cold draughts by sealing the substantial cracks between the joins, stopping creaks and drastically strengthening their underfloor.
